More Records, a very Low VIX, Bulls in Charge!

I am scouring the net for predictions.... I really want a glimpse of the future if anybody has it.
It seems like the market is ballooning away and the performance anxiety is starting to get to me.

Is it an addiction or a foolish alter ego?

Cash is abound and there is no explanation for the rally.
The technical indicators fans are showing the market can go higher....

What the hell do I know?
